At least the buses are running

A pause for reflection

Bus still running

At least buses are running

Missive from Lee Gluckman: “Here I am in Paris with the taxi strike over, but the train strike is still going on. (By the way, it cost me and three other people about $100US each to get a ride from Charles de Gaulle airport into Paris on Wednesday afternoon. It usually costs $100US regardless of how many people are in the car.)
Anyway, with the taxi strike over, I will be able to get to BETC for their Best of Show/Grand Prix awards presentation today, June 13.
Tomorrow is another story. I am supposed to take the train to Deauville for the Green Awards Festival and more judging and meetings. I won’t know until the morning which trains are running and which ones are cancelled because of the train strike or maybe the strike will end by 19:00 today. Ahh, the mystery continues.”
